၁။ ယခုကံစမ်းမဲအစီအစဉ်သည် ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံမှ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသို့ TrueMoney Wallet ဖြင့် ပေးပို့လာသော ငွေ များကို မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ TrueMoney ကိုယ်စားလှယ်ဆိုင်များတွင် လာရောက်ထုတ်ယူသည့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှု အသုံးပြုသူများ အတွက်သာ အကျုံးဝင်ပါသည်။
၂။ ကံစမ်းမဲအစီအစဉ်အကြောင်း – TrueMoney ကိုယ်စားလှယ်ဆိုင်များတွင် ထိုင်းမှမြန်မာ ငွေထုတ်ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို ဆောင်ရွက်ပြီးချိန်တွင် ကံထူးပါက ကံထူးသူများ၏ ဖုန်းသို့ ကံစမ်းမဲ စာတို (Lucky SMS) ချက်ချင်း ပေးပို့ပါသည်။ ထို Lucky SMS လက်ခံရရှိသူများသာ ဆုကြေး ခံစားခွင့်ရှိပါသည်။
၃။ ကံထူးသူများသည် မိမိထံသို့ရောက်ရှိလာသော Lucky SMS ကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာ အေးဂျင့်အား ပြသ၍ ဆုကြေးငွေကို ချက်ချင်းထုတ်ယူနိုင်ပါသည်။ Lucky SMS လက်ခံရရှိခြင်း မရှိပါက ကံစမ်းမဲပေါက် ခြင်းမရှိဟု မှတ်ယူရပါမည်။
၄။ မြန်မာပြည်အနှံ့ရှိ TrueMoney ဝန်ဆောင်မှုရရှိနိုင်သော မည်သည့် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်ဆိုင်များတွင် မဆို ထိုင်းမြန်မာ ငွေလွှဲ ငွေထုတ်ယူခြင်းဖြင့် ယခုကံစမ်းမဲအစီအစဉ်တွင် ပါဝင်နိုင်ပါသည်။
၅။ TrueMoney အေးဂျင့်များအနေဖြင့်လည်း မိမိတို့ဆိုင်တွင် ကံထူးသူရှိပါက ပုံမှန်ကော်မရှင်ခ အပြင် ကံထူးသူရရှိသည့် ဆုကြေးပမာဏ၏ ၂၀% ကို Agent Wallet မှတစ်ဆင့် ထပ်ဆောင်း အကျိုးခံစား ခွင့် (Agent Incentive) အဖြစ် ရရှိမှာဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၆။ ငွေထုတ်ယူမှုအား တစ်စုံတစ်ရာကြောင့် ပယ်ဖျက်လိုက်ပါက ကံစမ်းမဲစာတို (SMS) မှာလည်း အလို အလျောက် ပျက်ပြယ်မည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ဆုကြေးထုတ်ယူခွင့် ရရှိမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။
၇။ ဤအစီအစဉ်တွင်ပါဝင်ခြင်းသည် အထက်ဖော်ပြပါစည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများကို သဘောတူ လက်ခံခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၈။ TrueMoney Myanmarသည် မိတ်ဖက်အေးဂျင့်များထံမှ မသမာသောအပြုအမူများတွေ့ရှိပါက အချိန်မရွေး ပေးအပ်ထားသော ကိုယ်စားလှယ် Incentive များအား ပြန်လည်နှုတ်ယူခွင့်ရှိပါ သည်။
၉။ TrueMoney Myanmar သည် လိုအပ်ပါက ကြိုတင်အသိပေးကြေညာခြင်းမရှိဘဲ စည်းကမ်း ချက်များကို ပြောင်းလဲခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် အစီအစဉ်အား အချိန်မရွေး ရပ်တန့်ခြင်းတို့ကို လုပ်ဆောင်ပိုင်ခွင့် ရှိပါသည်။
၁၀။ အငြင်းပွားဖွယ်တစ်စုံတစ်ရာ ပေါ်ပေါက်လာပါက TrueMoney Myanmar ၏ ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်သာ အတည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
T&Cs
1. This Lucky Draw promotion applies exclusively to customers who withdraw
funds sent from Thailand to Myanmar via TrueMoney at any authorized TrueMoney agent outlet in Myanmar.
2. Under this Lucky Draw program, upon successful completion of a “Thailand to Myanmar” withdrawal transaction at a TrueMoney agent outlet, eligible winners instantly receive a “Lucky SMS” on their registered mobile number. Only recipients of the Lucky SMS are eligible to receive the prize.
3. Winners must present the Lucky SMS to the respective agent to claim their prize immediately. If no Lucky SMS is received, it is deemed that the participant has not won a prize for that transaction.
4. Customers may participate in this lucky draw by using withdrawal services at any authorized TrueMoney agent location across Myanmar.
5. Agent Incentives: In addition to their standard commission, TrueMoney agents receive an additional incentive equal to 20% of the winner’s prize amount, credited via their Agent Wallet.
6. If a withdrawal transaction or service is cancelled for any reason, the
associated Lucky SMS and prize eligibility will automatically become void.
7. Participation in this program constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
8. TrueMoney Myanmar reserves the right to revoke any agent incentives at any time if any fraudulent or dishonest activities are detected.
9. TrueMoney Myanmar reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and suspend or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.
10. In the event of any dispute, the decision of TrueMoney Myanmar is final and binding.
