MAB Cards holders can cash out at TrueMoney Shops
As a partnership agreement between MAB and TrueMoney, a service for MAB Cards holders has been introduced with the aim of providing easy access to services in areas where banking services are unavailable and where there are no ATMs. Through this service, MAB Cards holders can easily and quickly withdraw money from their MAB Cards at more than 30,000 TrueMoney Agent Shops across Myanmar. The service is a value added service for MAB Cards holders and cash withdrawals can be done as follows.
1. Give NRC and MAB Card number to TrueMoney agent.
(The name on theMAB Card and the name on the NRC must be same to be able to access the service.)
2. Give the OTP (One Time Password) received at the phone number registered your MAB Card.
3. Tell the amount you want to withdraw to TrueMoney Agent.
(You can withdraw up to 300,000 Kyats per transaction)
4. The service fee has been paid and the withdrawal can be processed.
Fees and Charges
From 10,000 to 25,000 – 500 Kyats
From 25,001 to 50,000 – 500 Kyats
From 50,001 to 100,000 – 800 Kyats
From 100,001 to 150,000 – 1,000 Kyats
From 150,001 to 200,000 – 1,000 Kyats
From 200,001 to 300,000 – 1,000 Kyats
MAB Debit Cards (MPU and MPU-UPI) Cash Out T&Cs for Customers
If the customer wants to withdraw cash from MAB Cards at TrueMoney Agent, the customer needs to follow the following rules.
(1) The customer must make withdrawals only from MAB Cards.
(2) If the customer wants to receive the above service from the TrueMoney agent, the customer must bring the NRC along with the MAB Card from which the customer wants to withdraw cash.
(3) The customer must agree to provide the MAB Card and NRC when requesting the service from the TrueMoney agent.
(4) The customer must provide the OTP that is sent to the phone number registered with the MAB Card to withdraw cash to the TrueMoney agent in order to proceed with the service.
(The OTP needs to be confirmed and entered within 3 minutes. If 3 minutes passed, the OTP can be requested 19 more times (20 times in total))
(5) When receiving cash from TrueMoney agent, the customer needs to verify and pay the applicable service fee. If TrueMoney agent asks for additional fees, please contact TrueMoney Call Center – 09969519999.
(6) If the customer has any difficulties regarding MAB Cards, the customer can contact MAB’s call center phone number (01-8610612).
