You can now access TrueMoney services at CITY XCHANGE counters.

You can now access TrueMoney Thailand-to-Myanmar international cash-out services, as well as domestic money transfer and cash-out services, at City XChange counters across cities and townships.

Starting from December 11th, 2025, we are pleased to announce that TrueMoney’s free Thailand-to-Myanmar cash-out service, along with domestic money transfer and cash-out services, will be available at City XChange counters located inside supermarkets such as City Mart, Ocean, and marketplace by City Mart.

1) TrueMoney’s domestic money transfer, cash-out services, and Thailand-to-Myanmar international remittance services are available at City XChange Counters located in supermarkets nationwide, including City Mart, Ocean, and Marketplace by City Mart.
2) For domestic money transfers, customers may send money nationwide at City XChange Counters with the same service fees applied at TrueMoney Agent(s).
3) For both domestic cash-out and international remittance cash-out services, customers can withdraw money for FREE at City XChange Counters by providing their phone number and passcode.
4) Starting from December 11th, 2025, TrueMoney money transfer and cash-out services will be available at all City XChange Counters.
5) The participants already acknowledge these T&Cs by participating in the campaign.
6) TrueMoney reserves the right to revoke the Incentive provided at any time if it detects fraudulent behavior from partner agents.
7) TrueMoney Myanmar has the authority to change the T&Cs without any prior notice.
8) In the event of any dispute, TrueMoney Myanmar’s decision shall be final.
9) TrueMoney has the aucthority to terminate the campaign without any prior notice.
