Job Description

  • Responsible for all sales activities as a team leader and has to supervise the sales team and manage the sales target of the team.
  • generate and qualify leads to sale representative
  • source and develop client referrals
  • prepare sales action plans and schedules
  • develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
  • make sales calls to new and existing clients
  • develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
  • negotiate with clients
  • Perform any other project related duties assignment.
  • maintain sales activity records and reports
  • respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
  • ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
  • follow up on sales activity
  • quality checks on product and service delivery
  • monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
  • participate in sales events

Required experience and skill

  • (3) years sales and distribution experiences and supervision skills. FMCG sales experience is preferable.
  • Negotiation skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skill, communication skill
  • knowledge of principles and practices of sales and customer service principles
  • Well understand Internal customer focus, Relationship building, Team work and co-operation.
