Job Description

Primarily responsible everyday POS operations and functions of True Money Myanmar. Monitors the daily activities, POS reports submit to IT Manager. Responsible for configuration, maintaining all POS of True Money Myanmar. Apply POS on the agent system follow requirement. The technical support takes ownership to ensure all POS are always in good conditions and ready to use with group policies and standards. The technical support will be the key in the POS of the True Money Myanmar Front-end systems. He/she will do all the needed to ensure the tasks can be delivered in the given and agreed time frames. The technical support will support al tasks life cycle that includes Assessment, Requirements, Configurations, Maintenance, Go-Live and Post Launch Hand-off and if needed offer this support at any possible True Money Myanmar.

  • Determine details of equipment problems
  • Reassembling machines after making repairs or replacing parts
  • Reinstalling software programs or adjusting settings on existing software to fix machine malfunction
  • Advising team leader concerning equipment operation, maintenance, or programming
  • Testing new systems to ensure that they are in working order
  • Assembling machines according to specifications, using hand or power tools and measuring devices
  • Managing inventory and cleaning failed parts
  • Ability to use test and diagnostic equipment such as a PCs and digital multi-meters.
  • Maintain an accurate parts inventory
  • Travel as required
  • Participate in team standby rotation. Key

Key accountabilities

  • The technical support is able to clearly, concisely, and quickly assess progress, risk, and crucial project elements and communicate the right message to the right people, whether the team, his/her direct line manager.
  • Develops and manages relationships with key, cross-functional stakeholders and leverages those relationships to aid in tasks success.
  • The technical support has demonstrated hands-on experience in POS, including the configuration and maintenance of the True Money Myanmar. And documentation of the configuration equipment’s and status reporting.
  • The technical support is able to accurately and effectively evaluate complex trade-offs and make decisions or recommendations for how to proceed.
  • The technical support is able to work together in a team of 5 to 10 people and ensure that tasks been delivered in the approved time frame.
  • The technical support can work with outsourced programmers and developers what will lead into a successful task, and work as ONE team in True Money Myanmar.

Competency Needs

  • Perform the installation, removal, upgrade, configuration and repair of IT equipment components.
  • Provide support to other Service Delivery teams for incident / problem analysis and/ resolution.
  • Maintain and support IT equipment’s.
  • Document production operational processes.
  • Able to work in a professional team, to deliver a task in the give timeframes
  • Use to report, and to give visibility of the delivered work.

Required skills and experiences

  • 2 year technical computer degree or equivalent experience
  • A+, Dell, and HP Certification preferred
  • Demonstrates good written and oral communication skills.
  • Projects a professional image.
  • Nulla volutpat aliquam velit
  • Work Experience in IT is Preferable
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good English language speaker is preferable
