Job Descriptions

  • Managing sales budgets, margin and net profit according to company targets
  • Ensuring development and management of sales centers and coordination with Marketing for branding, events, and marketing material
  • Being key decision makers to develop business opportunities and monitor and map competitors' movement in the sales area
  • Negotiating major deals and maintain good relationships with all clients, channels and distributors and identify key opportunities
  • Building and leveraging personal external networks and relationships
  • Monitoring market segment trends, industry issues, and competitive intelligence
  • Building a strategy to drive a product and expand the market
  • Ensuring continuous improvement in customer experiences through development and deployment of best practice processes
  • Setting goals, objectives and priorities, and assigning projects to sales teams
  • Leading the department to ensure the achievement of objectives in due course, cost and quality while maintaining sustainability across the departmental functions, projects and resources

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master in Business Administration or related filed
  • Minimum of 10 years direct experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably experiencing in financial technology or financial services
  • More than 5 years of management experience and more than 3 years of driven sales across Myanmar.
  • Fluent communication in English and Burmese
  • Willing to travel with in Myanmar
  • Leadership personality with judgment and decision-making skills and good coaching background
  • Solid presentation skills and outstanding people skills
  • Sharp problem-solving ability, process orientation and capable to drive sales results
