Key Roles and Responsibilities
Functional Roles:
- Develop Android applications for end users assigned by the Development Leader or Development Manager
- Need to develop the mini app
- Fix bugs raised by the support team
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code
- Help maintain code quality, and coding standards and smoothen development workflow
- Follow the specified coding standards, best practices, and design patterns
- Explore new technology that aligns with company business to support future projects
- Integrate with the backend system by collaborating closely with the backend development team
- Proactively initiate the process and give suggestion
- Perform any other project-related duties assignment.
Standard Roles:
Planning
- Participate in setting up team plans aligning with divisional plans, directions and goals
- Participate in managing, following up, and evaluating performance of responsible area/team and ensure targeted goals and plans are carried out accurately
