Job Descriptions

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Functional Roles:

  • Develop Android applications for end users assigned by the Development Leader or Development Manager
  • Need to develop the mini app
  • Fix bugs raised by the support team
  • Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code
  • Help maintain code quality, and coding standards and smoothen development workflow
  • Follow the specified coding standards, best practices, and design patterns
  • Explore new technology that aligns with company business to support future projects
  • Integrate with the backend system by collaborating closely with the backend development team
  • Proactively initiate the process and give suggestion
  • Perform any other project-related duties assignment.

Standard Roles:

Planning

  • Participate in setting up team plans aligning with divisional plans, directions and goals
  • Participate in managing, following up, and evaluating performance of responsible area/team and ensure targeted goals and plans are carried out accurately
  • Delegate responsibilities to others and apply operational skills
  • Provide leadership and manage the performance and supervise daily activities of a support or operations team

General Responsibilities

  • Keep up to date with the industry trends and new technology for applying in own area/team to improve and enhance productivity within organization
  • Track and monitor own area’s performance to be able to achieve the desired goals effectively
