Key Roles and Responsibilities
Functional Roles:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
- Identify and target potential B2B clients who require financial products or services from different business sector.
- Meet with clients to discuss their evolving needs and driving to close deal.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
- Proactively prospect new clients through various channels.
- Tailor solutions to meet client’s financial needs and communicate value
proposition effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and advancements in financial products.
- Track sales activities and provide daily and weekly regular reports on performance to sale director.
- Manage and mentor the assistant sales manager, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure to achieve monthly personal sale target and focus to increase company sale revenue.
