Key Roles and Responsibilities

Functional Roles:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
  • Identify and target potential B2B clients who require financial products or services from different business sector.
  • Meet with clients to discuss their evolving needs and driving to close deal.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  • Proactively prospect new clients through various channels.
  • Tailor solutions to meet client’s financial needs and communicate value
    proposition effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay updated with industry regulations and advancements in financial products.
  • Track sales activities and provide daily and weekly regular reports on performance to sale director.
  • Manage and mentor the assistant sales manager, providing guidance and support.
