Duties and Responsibilities

TrueMoney Myanmar has an exciting opportunity at their Yangon Head Office for a Visual Branding and Merchandising Manager. The successful candidate will be integral in the success story of TrueMoney and will responsible for driving the visual branding and POSM merchandising to all TrueMoney agents in Myanmar.   • Creating a visual branding and merchandising strategy and execution plan
  • Executing visual branding and merchandising to all TrueMoney agents nationwide.
  • As the owner of all visual branding and merchandising the Visual Branding and Merchandising Manager must own the whole supply chain related to visual branding execution. This includes:
    • Planning of visual branding roll out as an ongoing business tactic.
    • Sourcing suppliers for the production of branding and POSM. This includes managing the relationship with the suppliers and managing their performance.
    • Managing branding and POSM stock levels; replenishing when needed. Optimising the ongoing production of branding elements.
    • Creating a visual branding and POSM merchandising execution plan using TrueMoney in-house sales/distribution team.
    • Ensuring that visual branding and POSM merchandising is being tracked and measured against pre-defined KPI’s.
    • Creating and updating branding and merchandising dashboards.
    • Optimising the visual branding and POSM merchandising execution to ensure maximum efficiency, scalability and cost-savings.
  • In addition to these tasks the following will also be expected of the successful candidate:
    • Setting up a regional trade marketing / visual branding team to facilitate the coordination and execution of visual branding and merchandising execution within the regions.
    • Managing and motivating the trade marketing team.
    • Setting up tracking measure and dashboards to measure the success of all visual branding and merchandising tactics.
    • Report to the head of marketing and managing director of plans and results.
    • Give input on BTL activities that can boost the overall demand of TrueMoney products and services.
    • Keep up to date with latest developments of CDC tax and branding stipulations as per government.
    • Keep up to date with latest branding trends and optimizing POSM material as per trend.
    • Coordinate with cross-functions such as sales, marketing, supply chain, purchasing and financial to ensure quality/quantity of promotion
  • Job Requirement

  • At least 8 years working experience in a similar field.
  • 5 years working experiences as a trade marketing manager or visual branding and merchandising manager.
  • Experience in rolling out visual branding and merchandising to thousands of agents across multiple regions.
  • Managing a team of executives.
  • Strong commercial outlook and understanding how branding and POSM drives growth.
  • An in-depth understanding of the branding lifecycle and experience in optimizing this process.
  • A problem-solver and pro-active change maker.
  • Experience working in an international team with multiple nationalities.
  • Excellent English, mathematical and analytical skills.
